As mentioned before; If I go will be the new Anouk single! The single will be released in September of this year ( in Holland ) The Good news is, the song With you, wich was only released in Canada will be on the B-side of the single! The singe is being picked up by the radiostations, it is 'Alarmschijf' on a big radiostation in Holland wich means they'll play it every hour!

Anouk has reached a number 1 status in the charts! Only.., not in the Dutch charts. Modern world has reached a number 1 status in Turkey!
It is very good that the Turkish people can get to know Anouk also!

Anouk's single Good God will be in the game Guitar hero! The new Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero world tour, will contain a locals part. Anouk will be the local for Holland! She will be the first Dutch artist in the game. Guitar hero is a game that comes with a plastic guitar, the player needs to play the songs as good as possible on guitar.

If I go will be the new Anouk single! The single will be released in September of this year ( in Holland ) This is the fourth single of Who's your momma and probably the last single of this album. Anouk's Italian fans are mad! Anouk is, just like in very much other counties, never on the TV or radio. And there are no singles, cd's or dvd's available in Italy. They decided to start a petition that (italian) fans can sign to let the radio stations and record company know that this is lame!

Anouk's hotel new york single 'Lost' is on no.1 in the Music charts of Noway! This is the version of the young guy who won Norway's got Talent preforming Anouk's Lost. The guy Erlend Bratland is on no.1 with Anouk's lost, and Anouk, with Lost is on numer 7 in the charts! Anouk was angry with her record company because they didn't send her over there to promote. So now the record company had let us know that Who's your momma will be released this week in Norway, with the bonus track Lost.

Anouk will not play on the Belgian festival Rock Werchter Boutique but on the normal Rock werchter because Boutique didn't sell so much tickets. Now she will play between Panic at the disco and the kooks.
Anouk will also play on one of Hollands biggest festivals Lowlands.
In the next week Anouk will play on: Festival Mundial, Indian Summer, rock in park, rock werchter and Lowlands.

Wauw! Anouk played on the Ajoc festival yesterday, a little festival on a pasture with almost only farmers haha! But she rocked it all, she rocked the whole tent! Everyone got completely blowen away by the energy of her performance! Wauw!
The floor of the tent was completely shaking!
You can see it a little in this movie of Jerusalem, but you just had to be there!

Today the news recieved us that Anouk and her husband Remon broke up. They are splitting up in good harmony. Anouk and Remon were together for eight years, four years married and have 3 children together. They will not give any comments on the situation.
We wish Anouk and Remon a lot of strenght!

Postman aka The anonymous miss aka Remon Stotijn, the husband of Anouk is going to play in the show before Anouk in the Geldredome! Postman is a great artist and a really great preformer so this is going to be real good!

Remon started his band about 10 years ago, as Postmen, they scored some hits with songs like Coctail. After last year Postmen became Postman because he went on alone.
Really a must see!

This will be the single cover for the new Anouk single I don't wanna hurt. The single will be released at the end of this month. Anouk is also giving three showcases in january, to do a little something with the new band before the concerts in Geldredome and Antwerp.

Anouk's new album Who's your momma is chosen by music critics as the best album from an Artist from The Hague. There are very much Dutch artists who are from the Hague so this is a big compliment!

I don't wanna hurt will be the new Anouk single! The single will be released at the end of January.

The fans decided wich song wil be the next single following Good God. The song is choosen on wich songs are mostly played on anouk's myspace and wich song is most downloaded on itunes.

Great news today! Anouk will be givin' two showcases in Holland for a try out before the Geldredome concerts! The show's will be:

There were, for a very very short time, some samples of the new Anouk album who's your momma on the internet. They sounded great!
And now, finally official samples! Radio 3FM, a big radio station in Holland, will put the samples online tomorrow! You can find them on www.3fm.nl
And in a week, finally, the album in stores!!

The Dutch TMF isn't playing Good God much, but TMF Belgium made Good God "Super clip" wich means that they think it's a great video, and they will play the video very much for a week!

Let's hope the dutch TMF will do the same thing!

Anouk is finally on her way to her international break thru! There were 2 real big American website's who were writing about Anouk's new single!

arjanwrites.com is a big American website, the writer of the website writes for a lot of American music magazines.
Her writes about the single, and later on about the video!

Another website is perezhilton.com he compares Anouk to Amy Winehouse, the dutch Amy! Off course we know that Anouk is a lot better than Amy, but still, not bad!
The site had about 4 million visitors a day and is seen as the website who made Amy Winehouse and Mika stars!

The musicvideo of Anouk's new single Good God will be released tomorrow!! The single will be released on www.nu.nl this is the biggest news website of Holland.

The famous Jonas Åkerlund worked on the video,he made music video's for artists like Madonna, Robbie Williams and U2.

Yes! The first Geldredome concert is almost sold out alreay! The floortickets were sold out in less than half an hour (!)
So there is a second Geldredome concert in the planning! This will be one day later than the other concert; on March 29.
The ticketsale has started already!

The concert in Antwerp is not sold out yet, so if there will be a second concert in Belgium as well is the question!

Anouk gave an interview to a Dutch radio station today! Anouk told there that she was going to give two concerts. One in Holland, one in Belgium. If the concerts are sold out fast, there might be more!

There is finally a title for the new Anouk album!! The album title will be:
"Who's your momma". The album will be released at the 23th of November. (in Holland)

The first single of the album, good God, will be released November 2nd.

For this album, Anouk will be doing some concerts in the next year. We expext that the concerts will be in "Geldredome" in Arnhem, and in "Sportpaleis" in Antwerp.

Anouk’s new single,with the title "Good God" will be releaed on November 5th. We expect that the video that comes with this song will be shown on the music channels around the end of October.. Anouk wrote the album, as usual, with Bart van Veen,but her husband and rapper Remon Stotijn and the Canadese componist Dan Hill wrote a few songs for the new album. We still don't have a title for the album, but it can't be long before the titel is known!

The latest news, just came in a second ago, Anouk's new single will be released at the end of October!!
A month later, the new album will be released, just like I wrote before.
This is great news!! The album and single are not titled yet.

When I walked in to a cd store yesterday I saw on a list with release dates that the new Anouk album (title is still unknown) is going to be released (in Holland) on the 28th of November. After asking the store and the record company it appears that this just a expected date. So it will not be sure that that is the exact date, but it is a start!

Anouk will give one more show this year! The pitty is that it is a show for "Panasonic" who give a party for only the panasonic people. Anouk will play the 24th of October, togerther with the dutch band "Krezip".
I don't know how to get tickets yet, but as soon as I know I'll let you know here!

Anouk is alive! Anouk gave an interview on the Belgium radio! Anouk told that the show on TW classic on July 7th is going to be the only one show this year. Anouk is going to America a few days after the show, to record all the songs of her new album. The album is going to be a rock album!

It's Anouk's birthday today!

Anouk will be 32 today. Unforunally no birthday concert today, like there was last year. Anouk is celebrating her birthday with the family at home I suppose.

Anouk; happy birthday, many many many years to come!

A new Anouk show is finally planned! Anouk will play this summer on the TW classic festival in Belgium. Elton John & band, John Fogerty and OMD wil play there too. The festival is a one day version of the Rock Werchter festival. Anouk will play at the festival on July 7th.
There are no ferther shows planned.

A ticket for TW Classic will cost 69 euro.
There is a small Golden Circle in front of the stage. Those tickets are 100 euro.

Radiostation 3FM is going to present the 3FM awards again this year. This is the 3th time, and Anouk was the big winner in the first year of the awards. The second year she won an award for best female singer.

It is now very quit around Anouk, because she is writing on her new album, but it is a good reason to bring her back in the spotlights for a little moment.

Bad news; the new Anouk album will not be released untill the end of the summer or maybe even the end of this year!
Anouk is still writing on her album, wich was supposed to be released this april, and is almost ready to go into the studio to record her album.
There is no information at all about the title of the album or a single.

No concerts are planned at this moment.

The year is almost over, so it seemed to me a good plan to make an overview about Anouk in 2006. A lot has happened in 2006, some things; finally the dvd Anouk is Alive! This dvd about the Ahoy concert was a big hit, and a number 1 dvd for weeks. Anouk did a lot of festivals like Lowlands, Bospop, Paaspop, Rock werchter, Rock am ring and the cancel of Pinkpop. There was a big concert in Amsterdam, and a great fanclubday were Anouk was allday long! New this year was the birthday concert Anouk gave for her fans, and for sponsor Dixons.
There were a lot of awards again, like Humo’s pop poll, the Edisons (With a great surprise concert!) and offcourse the TMF awards! (Her last, because Anouk told she was very glad with the price, but she wanted to give the chance to other artists next year.)

Anouk just won a MTV award! She won the award for best Dutch / Belgian act. The MTV Europe award show is right now, there are many international artist. Anouk wasn't there but she made a little movie; she said she was honored to win the price again, and that she's working on several projects, one of them is her new album wich will be released in 2007.
